Lovely owners, inviting atmosphere, great shared space for kids, BBQ area, good kitchen facilities, free tea and coffee.

The view from the balcony was stunning and perfect to enjoy a drink while watching the boats. The room had a comfortable bed and a clean ensuite. The location was great, close to a fishing club with delicious meals.

We stayed there for Christmas, but the festive spirit was lacking. The room didn't have any decorations, and there wasn't any special meal offered.

We had a great experience at this hotel! The location was amazing, right on the waterfront and close to St Paul's summit. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The room was tidy and the amenities provided, like free Wi-Fi and toiletries, were a nice touch. We especially enjoyed the shared kitchen, which was clean and well-maintained. The flat-screen TV in the room was a bonus for entertainment. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel had a great location, with a beautiful view of the harbor. The parking was convenient and the room was fine, with a large bed and decent bathroom. However, there was no fridge or tea/coffee making facility in the room. The communal kitchen was not what we expected from a motel. The balcony was good but was shared with other guests.

Soundproofing was non-existent, which made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with great views of the surrounding nature. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean.

Our stay was not as pleasant as we had hoped. The food was very disappointing, and the menu was limited.

Our recent stay at The Marlin was a great disappointment. The room we were given was small and hot, with a strong smell of cigarettes from the woman in charge. The bed and pillows had filthy covers, and there were long black hairs on the sheets. We could also hear everything from the surrounding rooms, which made it even more unpleasant. When we decided to leave, the staff showed no concern and refused to give us a refund. It's clear that the ratings for this property do not reflect the reality of the condition it's in. I wish we had known about its run-down and dirty reputation beforehand. I strongly advise against staying here if you want a pleasant experience. I cannot recommend this hotel.
